做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
