做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
